1. Your possessions things that we own clutter our lives in more ways than we’ve ever given them credit. It drains our account as well as our energy and our time. They prevent us from spending time with loved ones and hinder us from living a life that is in line with our values.

2. Your Time Constraints – Most of us are day from beginning to end with time commitments such as work, home child’s activities celebrations, religious pursuits things to do… this list could go on and on. When you can, take a break from any commitments to time that aren’t in alignment with your best values.
3. Your Goals – Reduce the amount of goals you are pursuing in your daily life to one or two. By cutting down the number of goals that you’re working to accomplish by focusing on one goal, you’ll rise the intensity of your pursuit and improve your likelihood of achieving success.
